Faye Ethereal Commissions

I reserve the right to refuse a commission at any time.

Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and will result in your commission being cancelled.

The terms are subject to change/updated upon. Any new editions will be highlighted for a month.

Carefully read through the ToS.

Write in a clear and concise manner when filling out a commission form, including a deadline.

Provide multiple clear references of the character/subject.

Provide whether said commission is for personal, fanart, or commercial use.

Mood boards are always welcome!

Assume the responsibility for any important information and clear description/references you fail to provide that results in my misunderstanding or inability to complete the commission to your full satisfaction.

Deadlines must be agreed upon prior to the start of a commission.

Be sure to tell me what you'd like the resolution of art pieces to be, otherwise it will be a default state of 1920x1080. Large resolutions (over 3000x3000) can be requested for an additional fee.

A watermarked sketch will be sent for approval before the commission is continued. Any revisions should be requested during the sketch phase. Color revisions can be done during the coloring phase.

You will receive WIPs through the process via Ko-Fi, Twitter, or VGen.

If for any reason there is a delay that will result in a later deadline, you will be notified immediately. You will ALWAYS be informed.

I will not be rigging the model for you, only making the art.

Be sure to inform me how your rigger (if you have one already) wishes for the model to be cut up so they can properly rig it.

If you do not have a rigger when you request the L2D file, I will cut it up for default and will revise it as needed.

If there is another person involved that is not you, the client, then I will need a form of consent from both parties. This is NON-NEGOTIABLE. I will need the username(s)/tag(s) to confirm that the participant(s) are alright with being in a NSFW piece.

If the NSFW piece includes hateful content, it will be refused.

NSFW Art/Fanart requested of any underage character will be refused/refunded.

I, Faye Ethereal, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.

I reserve the right to post commissioned works on my social media, namely Ko-Fi, Twitter, and VGen.

I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of said works, whether they be art or models.

Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.

The final product is to be used for personal use only. If you wish to use it commercially, there will be a fee.

Credit and link back to/tag me when sharing or using commissioned work, whether personally or commercially.

Print the work for personal use.

Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.

Use the artwork as reference for study.

Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.

Claim the commissioned product as yours.

Remove watermark/signature on artwork.

Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.

Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.

You may not run any of my artwork through any AI Program/Tools. Not to "enhance" the art, not to add to it, or change it in any way.

Payment is to be made through either Ko-Fi, Paypal, or VGen* using USD.

I take half payments up front to start and the other half before I send the finished commission.

If there is a situation where you can not afford the rest of the commission, we will work something out.

If you cannot afford the prices, I do accept payment plans. Do not hesitate to ask about a payment plan.

Fees resulting in a Larger Resolution (over 3000x3000) will be an additional 3 USD.

Commercial Fees for artwork can be bought at a higher rate. For 2D/3D models, this is not needed as part of the price INCLUDES the fee.

Once the final product is approved, whether for artwork or model, a refund is NOT permitted.

You may cancel the commission at anytime, and will be refunded equivalent for the work unfinished.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your comission at any time.

You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval for the artwork or for the final product.
